Since Noise are too low level for the Higher Plane and I want something equivalent, I tried combining the concept of Soul Pulvis (no organic body, graffiti pattern only) and CAT’s style into one form. Using CAT’s style in the HP was something I’ve been wanting to do for a while to play with the idea that CAT’s style is inspired by the Higher Plane. I don’t know if I’ll stick with that design choice, probably go less organic for general designs but I wanted to try this out.

The rings are…there. Something something Angels dwelling in the rings and watching which is absolutely not conveyed I don’t think cause I was done with the piece.
