Ah yes, "Reia". It's great to see her adapting to the frequencies of Us Angels. We were worried when We rescued her and her "siblings" from That One that their future may not have been compatible with Ours but I'm glad We were proven wrong.

They all adjusted rather quickly, hardly needing to rely on the Bands we gave them to suppress their innate Chaos which That One embedded into their creations. Why That One decided to experiment without Our permission and in secret is still not understood, despite the explanations and the Reports we recovered. Since we can no longer, and have no desire, to contact That One, we are left with only the creations.

Still, We are glad That One's creations were open to these Bands. They are undetected by most beings in the Higher Planes and activate swiftly when their Chaos rises, usually due to unexpected negative emotions. It nudges them into stabilizing themselves, causing little if barely any harm to them. If their Chaos was left unchecked, it could cause widespread unease amongst Us Orderly beings.

But back to Reia. Based on the Reports, she was one of the first experiments and has consistently shown interest in how the Soul is formed and how it's structured, being extremely careful in her examination. Given her curiosity towards Souls and her innate resistance towards Chaos, we offered her an open slot in the Tokyo region to watch over the Composers there as a Mother. Shibuya in particular has been growing Chaotic as of late, and the Parents in charge of Tokyo have begun to express unease with its recent developments. They wish they could interfere and fix the growing Chaos, against the Composer's wishes.

While uncontrolled Chaos is undesired, some of Us among the higher levels believe We can make use of Shibuya's Chaos. After all, how can We allow these Chaos infused beings to live with Us but quell Shibuya's Chaos? I wish My fellows would agree with Me, but at least They are supportive of allowing one of these Chaos embedded creations to keep an eye on Tokyo's situation.

So this is part of Reia's job - watch over the Composers of Tokyo and watch for developments of uncontrollable Chaos and Report back to Us.
